Dongtai Qinbiao Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 as the High Strength Standard Parts Factory in Qindong Town, Dongtai City. For over thirty years, the company has been dedicated to the production and sales of fasteners, flanges, fittings, and forgings. The company is located in Zhouxia Industrial Park, Qindong Town, Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province, at the junction of Nantong, Taizhou, and Yancheng, providing convenient transportation conditions for the company. The company covers an area of 69000 square meters, with a building area of 42000 square meters and a registered capital of 70.5 million yuan; The company has successively introduced information technology methods such as enterprise ERP management system, production site MES management system, and intelligent three-dimensional warehouse management system closely connected with ERP, achieving efficient collaboration between production and management.
The company has modern production workshops, 10000 ton intelligent three-dimensional storage facilities, as well as office and employee living areas. The company currently has over 800 production and testing equipment, constantly updating fully automated equipment to improve product accuracy and efficiency, ensuring stable and reliable product quality. In addition, the company has a team of over 200 people, including more than 20 engineers with intermediate and senior technical titles. Dongtai Qinbiao Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. is a member of the China Fastener Association and the China Basic Component Complete Set Company, specializing in the production of standard fasteners, flanges, pipe fittings, etc. The company was established in 1987 with a registered capital of 70.5 million yuan and a factory area of over 50000 square meters. In 2023, the company achieved invoiced sales of 265 million yuan and tax revenue of 8.02 million yuan. The Party branch of Dongtai Qinbiao Company was established in 2005, with a total of 12 Party members. As a private technology enterprise Party branch founded by retired soldiers, it always adheres to the leadership of the Party and upholds the belief of listening to the Party and following the Party.

The products produced by the company are exported to the national and overseas markets, and the registered "TNE" trademark has been recognized as a "China Famous Trademark". The company always puts quality and safety first, and has obtained quality system certification and subsequent manufacturing certificates. The company's party branch, together with the party branches of market supervision, safety supervision and other departments, regularly organizes "safety production small classes" and other learning and training activities to ensure that employees master relevant laws, regulations and operational skills, vigorously improve their safety awareness, and form a management system of "twisting up and down into a rope". - Create distinctive features
1. Implement red development education. Promote the "Three Ten Minute" Party Building Work Method. Study theory in the first ten minutes of class, using various forms such as theoretical lectures, party member activity days, and themed micro party classes, to effectively convey and learn the latest instructions and policies of the Party Central Committee and benefit enterprises, and guide party members to enhance their political determination; Ten minute inter class communication, fully leveraging the role of Party members and technical backbones as "mentors", sharing production experience in new material and process research and development, process innovation, etc., and driving workshop employees to improve production efficiency; Ten minutes after class, we will gather and launch the "I Offer a Plan for the Enterprise" activity, organize party members and employees to focus on the development of the enterprise, widely solicit opinions and suggestions on enterprise development, daily life, and other aspects, and gather a strong force to promote development. 4. Create a red intelligent workshop. Strengthening the driving force of digital empowerment, supported by the company's core technology, the company has invested 65 million yuan in the new intelligent three-dimensional warehousing ASRS WCS、WMS、WUS、AGV、 Fully automated picking system for shelves and DPS electronic QR code identification cards (labels), creating an information management system and network service platform; Fully utilize the ERP smart factory digital management system to achieve the goals of safe production, fast and convenient operation, and improved quality and efficiency. By taking "cost efficiency and product quality" as the entry point and continuously optimizing the service mode, we have achieved the integration and sharing of information resources and optimized resource allocation, greatly improving the work efficiency and service level of the enterprise.
