Job requirements:

1).  Educational background: Applicants need to have a junior high school education or above, possess basic learning and comprehension abilities, and be able to quickly grasp and apply new knowledge to practical work. Priority will be given to those who hold graduation certificates from relevant technical schools, secondary vocational schools, or vocational high schools.

2).  Work experience: We warmly welcome job seekers with over 2 years of experience in instrument vehicle operation to join our team. This experience will enable you to integrate into your position more quickly and improve the overall efficiency of the team. If you have no direct work experience but demonstrate a strong interest and good learning ability in the field of precision machining, we are also willing to provide apprenticeship positions to help you grow into an excellent instrument lathe worker through systematic training and practical guidance.

3).  Skill requirements: Familiar with the structure, performance, and maintenance methods of instrument lathes, able to independently complete machining and measurement tasks of parts, and ensure that product quality meets standard requirements. Good graphic recognition ability and spatial imagination are also essential in order to accurately understand the requirements of the drawings and carry out fine processing.

4) Work attitude: Possess good teamwork spirit, able to work closely with other departments, and complete production tasks on time. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and conscientious in work, attention to details, able to maintain stable work quality in high-intensity work environments.
