Recruitment position: CNC lathe worker (3 positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Precision machining of mechanical components: Based on design drawings and technical requirements, proficiently operate CNC lathes to process precision components, ensuring that product dimensions, accuracy, and surface quality meet standards.

2. Drawing interpretation and inspection: Able to proficiently identify mechanical drawings, understand machining requirements, and use various inspection measuring tools (such as vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) to accurately measure and inspect machined parts, ensuring product qualification rate.

3. Adhere to norms and regulations: Strictly abide by national laws and regulations as well as the company's various safety production rules and regulations, implement workshop management norms, maintain good work order and safety production environment.

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: Junior high school education or above, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering, numerical control, or related fields.

2. Work experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in operating CNC lathes are preferred, but we also welcome newcomers who are interested in developing in the field of CNC machining. We provide systematic training opportunities.

3. Physical fitness and professional attitude: Physically healthy, without any diseases or bad habits that affect work. Capable of enduring hardships, possessing good teamwork spirit, taking work seriously and responsibly, having a rigorous attitude, being able to obey superior management, and actively completing various tasks assigned by superiors.

4. Professional skills: Proficient in operating CNC lathes, with a certain understanding of Guangshu systems preferred. Capable of independently programming, debugging, and processing complex parts, possessing excellent problem-solving and learning abilities.
